Club Membership Norms

Club Member will agree to the terms & conditions and will follow them in the future if new implementations in rules and regulations or any amenities are included/excluded by the company.
Guest Members will have to pay entry fees to enter the campus and they are not eligible to use the Amenities of the Campus until it is paid as per the norms.

The cardholder agrees that she will defend and indemnify “RAJWADA ROYALS” or any entity associated with “RAJWADA ROYALS”, its directors, officers, employees and agents (collectively ‘the indemnified parties’) against and hold each indemnified party harmless from all liabilities, damages, losses, claims, suits, judgments, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) for injury to or death of any person or damage to or destruction of any property arising out of the use of any club by the cardholder or any guests or any person in said club at the behest of the cardholder, except that such indemnification shall not extend to acts of gross negligence or wilful misconduct by the indemnified partieClub Membership fees paid by the members are neither transferable& non-refundable.

All memberships are subject to the terms and conditions (the “Terms”) as they may be amended by the Club from time to time. A membership grants only a permission by the Club to a member, individually, to use and enjoy the Club facilities, and a prospective member should not view a membership as an investment or otherwise expect to derive some economic benefits from such membership. Members shall not have rights beyond the period of their membership. No membership or rights granted to a member is or shall be used in conjunction with any other membership or rights of any other member. The Club believes that these terms, the rules and regulations for the Club and the Club’s membership application fairly and accurately present all material information relating to membership in the Club. memberships for the purpose of permitting members and their guests to enjoy the use of the Club facilities and any other special privileges of membership that may, from time to time, be introduced by the Club at its absolute discretion.

No person is authorised to make any Representation or to provide any information in regard to the club contrary or in addition to the information contained in this plan. The club will not be bound by any terms or representations as to the terms or conditions of membership other than as set out in these terms.
Membership Fees are not refundable under any circumstances.
Admittance to the club is conditional upon presentation of a valid membership card.

Club visits are subject to per person per visit charge. Where applicable (dependent upon membership plan), all such visits, including those by accompanying guests, shall be debited to the cardholder’s payment card by (i) “RAJWADA ROYALS ” or (ii) the card issuer as per the rates and terms notified by (i) “RAJWADA ROYALS ” or (ii) the card issuer to the cardholder in respect of his/her membership with “ RAJWADA ROYALS “ Any changes in club visit charges shall be notified to the card issuer, who is responsible for advising the cardholder. “RAJWADA ROYALS” or any entity associated with “RAJWADA ROYALS” cannot be held responsible for any disputes that may occur between the cardholder and the card issuer nor for any loss incurred by the cardholder relating to any club visit charges debited by the card issuer.

Renewal terms and conditions are at the discretion OF RAJWADA ROYALS.
Certificates accompanying the Membership are valid strictly as indicated, and cannot be extended or re -validated.
The physical membership cards and certificates of existing members of the Program will continue to be valid until the validity of such membership,
